The Star and Crescent Society was established after the chapter house fire in 1976 to recognize those brothers that have donated at least $1,000 to the Beta Tau Chapter of Kappa Sigma. A plaque identifying members of the Star and Crescent Society is located in the memorial library in the House. New members of the Star and Crescent Society are recognized every Stag. If any brother is interested in knowing their status towards membership in the Star and Crescent Society, they can contact any member of the Alumni Board of Directors.
